申請資格
- 凡是姓余宗親都可以申請参加成為余風采堂堂員。
- 首先你要加入成為你當地之余風采分堂堂員、
跟着要申請加入為加拿大余風采總堂堂員。
- 堂員申請表格可以親臨本堂所辦事處提取或請點選以下 連結下載。
- 申請時請帶備下列證明文件登記:
有申請人照片的證件，且該證件上必須有申請人之全名、英文名，出生日期，出生地方等，例如，省駕駛執照或加拿大護照。
Membership Application Information

All Yee descendants are welcome to
join the Yee Fung Toy Family
Association.
They normally first become members
of a local chapter closest to their
residence, then apply to join the
national organization. |

- Copies of the
application form can be picked up from
the Society offices or download a copy
of the form here.

- Fill out the Membership
Application form and email it to canada
[dot] yee [at] gmail [dot] com.
- The Membership Committee
will contact you for an appointment
time.
- Please bring a piece of
id with your photo, date of birth, birth
place and name in English, e.g.,
Provincial Driver's License or Canadian
Passport.
